IWD 2026
Today we recognise International Women’s Day, and a chance to celebrate the achievements, resilience and contributions of women everywhere.
At QMAG, we’re proud of the talented and hardworking women who are part of our team. In an industry that has traditionally been male-dominated, the impact you make every day across our sites, offices and teams is significant. Your leadership, skills, ideas and determination continue to help shape the future of our workplace and our industry.
This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” reminds us that when we support, encourage and invest in one another, everyone benefits and stronger, more inclusive workplaces are built.
International Women’s Day is also a reminder that progress happens when we support each other. Creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and able to succeed takes all of us. We’re grateful not only for the women who lead, innovate and contribute across QMAG, but also for the many men of QMAG who champion inclusion, support their teammates and help foster a positive and respectful culture.
To all the women across QMAG, thank you for the role you play in strengthening our organisation every day. Your contribution matters and is valued.
And to everyone across the business, thank you for continuing to build a workplace where people can do their best work together.
